What is Subject 2?
Subject 2 is acquiring real property using the existing mortgage in place. The buyer takes the title or the deed to the mortgaged property but does not have their name on the mortgage.

About The Speaker

Roger was raised on a 4,000- acre cattle ranch in central Texas where the Chisholm trail crossed the Brazos river.

He started his Real Estate career 20 years ago working primarily with Investors. This is when he discovered Subject 2 as an incredible tool for buying properties without Credit or Money down. With impressive results using Subject 2 for his own properties and helping his clients acquire many properties, Roger was encouraged to start Real Estate mentoring and training.

In 2018, Roger and his partners started Real IMPACT Training, a full service company that trains the trainers from starting up an investment group to providing full service mentoring programs that train others around the world. Real IMPACT has continued to grow and impact the lives of many Investors.

He teaches his Subject 2 techniques to many REI groups and he developed a one on one mentoring program offered by Real IMPACT as just one of their 70 plus courses. As a result, he has helped many investors buy hundreds, if not thousands of properties throughout the United States.

Roger teaches his Subject 2 technique through humor and facts. His primary goals are to help the investor understand each step of the process, teach his students to discover their strengths and make them better investors.
